GOMU 6-Day World Championship - April 2025, Third Edition

Date: April 28-May 3

Location: Vallon Pont d'Arc, France

Prizes: GOMU trophies to top 1-3 overall male and female; GOMU age group certificates to top 1-3 positions in each age group; GOMU national team medals for top 2 scoring males and top two scoring females of the three best scoring national teams along with "National Team Member Award." Additionally, the eight best performers from the top three national teams will receive National Team Certificates. GOMU's generous sponsor, Mount to Coast, will award a prize of 1 pair of Mount to Coast R1 road racing shoes in the form of a gift certificate to the top 3 overall male and female champions; 1 pair of Mount to Coast R1 road racing shoes in the form of a gift certificate to the overall winner of each age group, male and female; 1 pair of Mount to Coast P1 shoes in the form of a gift certificate to the top 3 overall male and female race walking champions. Additional prize to the overall men's and women's 6-day running champions includes "free entry" and an "all-inclusive package" (airfare not included) to the 2026 ISSYK KUL SIX-DAY CHALLENGE.

Bids to apply to host the year 2026 open November 1, 2024

Bids for hosting World Championship events are open annually from November 1 until March 31 of the following year. For example, applications to host World Championships 2026 are open from November 2024 and will close on March 31, 2025. Please apply during the application window.
